三伏貼來了~~中藥敷貼療法!!

大家是不是常聽到「三伏貼」、「三九貼」？這其實是「中藥敷貼療法」中的一種。也就是使用一些性質辛溫的藥物(或特殊藥物)，敷貼在特定穴位，於一年最熱和最冷時節來提升人體陽氣，治療虛寒症。這也是中醫的特色--「冬病夏治，以熱治寒」的概念。

 

有沒有科學根據呢? 來看看以下這些研究文章。

2016年的期刊《Clinical and Translational Medicine》impact factor:8.554中有一篇香港中文大學的隨機對照試驗文章《Randomized trial of acupoints herbal patching in Sanfu Days for asthma in clinical remission stage》，收集323名【哮喘】患者，隨機分配到中藥穴位敷貼組(在夏日的3個最熱的三伏天日期，總共3次一次貼2小時)，或安慰劑組，【結果】發現中藥穴位敷貼明顯降低哮喘患者急診就診率、住院率、門診就診率，和使用支氣管擴張劑等藥物頻率。

 

2010年期刊《American Journal of Chinese Medicine》4-year Impact Factor : 5.696

一篇中藥敷貼治療【過敏性鼻炎】的隨機對照試驗文章《Chinese Medicine Acupoint Herbal Patchingfor Allergic Rhinitis: A RandomizedControlled Clinical Trial》。收集43明有過敏性鼻炎症狀 (鼻水、打噴嚏、鼻塞、鼻癢)，且IgE值升高(8-10歲 >88 IU/ml; 成人>165.3 IU/ml)和升高的ECP(eosinophil cationic protein) 患者，隨機分配為中藥敷貼組(一週1次，一次貼3小時，3次為一療程，總共2療程=6次敷貼。)，或對照組。【結果】發現中藥穴位敷貼明顯改善打噴嚏、流鼻涕、鼻子發癢和眼睛發癢，而SF-36生活質量問卷改善的是「一般健康」，和「活力」。

 

        其實啊~中藥敷貼療法是一種特殊將中藥外用的療法，並不只單純在治療過敏喔~~回顧文獻發現，以中藥粉敷貼於穴位治療各種疾病，例如原發性痛經、慢性阻塞性肺病、骨科手術全身麻醉手術後噁心嘔吐可能有療效。而中國期刊網上有4篇以中藥敷貼治療化療後不良反應文獻，包含中藥研末用薑汁將之混合成泥餅敷貼穴位改善化療後白血球低下；分析2010-2020年中藥穴位敷貼治療惡性腫瘤的相關文獻，統計常用敷貼中藥、穴位和調配方法，發現穴位敷貼可改善癌症患者化療後白細胞減少、便秘、嘔吐等不良反應；中藥粉混凡士林製膏敷貼穴位結合中藥液注射改善鉑金類化療藥物引起噁心嘔吐、便祕、肝腎功能低下和白血球低下；使用龜鹿二仙膠貼布改善直腸癌化療後白血球和嗜中性白血球低下。
